You may bring one CA (or your participating spouse) to participate as your Project Manager at no additional cost to you.  Due to the size of our training rooms, we ask that you limit the number of staff that attends to 1 per DC.  Additional DCs in your office may register for certification at 50% off the applicable price (based on program level with Maximized Living).
 

As a registered CNP Provider you will view your resources when you log in to the website, then select from the menu on the left. View “My Resources” and scroll until you see Customized Nutrition. All notes will be available for your Modules as well as PowerPoints and paperwork.

As the size of our program grows, we are unable to print and ship manuals and notes for each Provider and their Program Manager. Therefore we are asking that each participant print and bring paperwork and manuals for each module. No printed handouts will be given unless specifically needed or added to the session.

At this time, we are not offering all four Module Manuals. We recommend staying within the manual for the Module you have most recently taken, to eliminate confusion that can come from reading ahead of the training.

During your training, you will be participating in the Comprehensive Metabolic Profile testing. This is the same test your patients will receive from you, and give you an idea of what your patients will experience. You will receive and review your results, helping you better understand the entire program. It is advisable to test your family and staff following your testing. Applicable lab fees (through Metametrix labs) will apply.

EMO 2 is the final phase of Customized Nutrition and will be discussed in depth during Module IV. It is advisable to wait until that time to begin offering it to your patients.
